Take the time on your own, away from everyone else, and give yourself the space to touch your own breasts. Make some space for yourself for twenty to thirty minutes. Soften the lighting in your room or use candles. Play your favorite relaxing music. Prepare a fragrance using your favorite essential oils. Rose oil is the fragrance of love and is beautiful for the breasts. Avoid citrus oils as they tend to burn. Set yourself up with sarongs and towels to avoid spillage. Warming the oil first is lovely, or just warm it in your hands. You can be seated or lying down.
Gently oil the breasts, molding and gently massaging them with upward or circular movements. Stroke and caress them, feel them, feather them, look at them, and without labeling them as good or bad, simply feel their soft or even scarred texture. Allow whatever feelings present themselves to gently arise. Open to these feelings and welcome them, inviting them back into your life if you have been estranged from them. It can be very powerful and healing to allow these old stored feelings to rise to the surface and be released.
It also can be soothing to sit in the sunlight and feel your naked breasts and nipples being warmed by the heat of the sun, of course being careful not to burn the delicate skin, just for ten minutes or so. With each breath imagine that you are sipping light in and out of the nipples.
